1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be eligible for return only under the following conditions:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged product received
- Defective / non-working product
- Missing accessories or parts
- Product significantly different from description
Return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return Approval
Returned products must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and invoice
- Not have physical damage caused by misuse
- Be packed securely for return shipping
FM Store reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet return conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Used products
- Products damaged by customer mishandling
- Customized / personalized products
- Clearance / sale items (unless defective)
- Hygiene-sensitive products (if opened)
- Accessories damaged after usage
4. Pre-Owned Mobile Returns
For Pre-Owned Mobiles:
- Device condition is clearly mentioned before purchase
- Minor cosmetic wear is expected
- Returns will be accepted only for functional defects not disclosed before sale
- Cosmetic complaints may not qualify for return/refund
5. Return Process
To request a return:

- Order ID
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Clear photos/videos (if damaged/defective)
- Contact details
Our support team will review the request and guide you through the return process.
6. Refund Process
Once return is received and inspected:
Refund may be processed through:
- Original payment method
- Bank transfer
- Store credit / wallet refund (if applicable)
Refund processing time:
5–10 business days after approval.
Actual credit timing depends on your bank/payment provider.
7. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for:
- Replacement unit
- Correct item
- Alternative product (based on availability)
Price differences may apply.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled:
- Before dispatch → Full refund
- After dispatch → Cancellation may not be possible
- Refused delivery → Return shipping charges may be deducted

9. Damaged Package Claims
If package arrives:
- Opened
- Damaged
- Tampered
Please report within 24 hours with proof (photos/videos).
Late claims may not be accepted.
